Cancellation Policy
To respect both your time and mine, all appointments require advance notice for any changes. Cancellations or rescheduled appointments made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur a 15% cancellation fee, applied to the total cost of the booked service.
No-call / no-show appointments will also be charged the full 15% fee and may require prepayment for future bookings.
